Carbon Black Content In Olefin Plastics (ASTM D 1603)

It is made in accordance with the ASTM D 1603 standard to determine the % carbon black content in polyethylene, polypropylene and polybutylene plastics. The experiment is carried out by burning in a high temperature heat oven with pure nitrogen gas.
